The Visit at Latvian Judicial Training Centre

Mr Lasha Maghradze, Director of High School of Justice of Georgia, Ms Ketevan Kvinikadze, Deputy Director of High School of Justice of Georgia and Ms Tamar Papashvili, Head of Analytical and International Relations Unit of the School, had visited the Latvian Judicial Training Centre on November 27-December 01 2017 in the framework of the EU funded Twinning Project – “Strengthening Judicial Training Through Twinning”. The goal of the visit was to share the Latvian experience in developing and implementing initial training programme for justice listeners.

During an intensive one week study visit the delegation of High School of Justice of Georgia held meetings with the representatives of the Latvian Judicial Training Centre; Court Administration of Latvia, Judicial Council and Ministry of Justice of Latvia, as well as with the representatives of district and regional courts of Latvia.

The project is funded by the EU with 800 000 EUR and will run for 18 months.
