Corporate/Entrepreneurial Law

October 14-15, the High School of Justice held a training for judges on the topic “Corporate/Entrepreneurial Law” within the frames of cooperation between the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Promoting Rule of Law in Georgia (PROLOG).

Stage three of the training of trainers was led by the Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia – Nino Bakakuri and the Attorney, Associated Professor, Doctor of Law, Managing Partner of the Legal Firm FLS – Lasha Tsertsvadze.

After the finalization of the training of trainers the participant judges of the event will conduct a special training course on corporate/entrepreneurial law for fellow judges and the court staff.
