Inviolability of Private life

On May 13 and 14, with the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), training on “Inviolability of Private Life” was conducted for judges at the High School of Justice.

Besarion Bokhashvili, the Human Rights Officer of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and Levan Meskhoradze, director of the EU Project were invited as experts to the training.

At the opening of the training the participants were welcomed by the Senior Human Rights Adviser for the South Caucasus at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights – Dr. Vladimir Shkolnikov and Head of Administration at the High School of Justice – Giorgi Tshekhani.

21 judges from Tbilisi Court of Appeals, Tbilisi and Kutaisi City Courts and Ozurgeti, Zestaponi, Akhaltsikhe, Gori, Mtskheta, Sighnaghi and Telavi Regional Courts attended the training.

The training was envisaged by the Training Program 2016 for Sitting Judges and other Court Staff.
