Actual Issues of Administrative Proceeding

On 2-3 June, training on “Actual Issues of Administrative Proceeding” was conducted for judges with support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) at High School of Justice.

Justice Maia Vachadze of Supreme Court of Georgia and Judge Nino Kadagidze of Tbilisi Appeal Court were invited as experts to the seminar.

22 judges from: Tbilisi and Kutaisi Appeal Courts, Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and Rustavi City Courts, Sokhumi and Gagra-Gudauta, Khelvachauri, Ozurgeti, Zestaponi, Akhaltsikhe, Bolnisi and Sighnaghi District Courts attended the training.

The training was envisaged by the 2017 In-Service Training Program of Judges and Court Staff.
