Judicial Mediation

On 29-30 June and 1 July, with the support of German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), at the High School of Justice, the second stage of the special training course – ’Judicial Mediation’ was held.

Judge of the Tbilisi Court of Appeals – Tamar Zambakhidze, judges of the Dresden Regional Court – (mediator) Stefan Schmidt and Kristin Schulz are invited as experts to the training.

17 judges were taking part in the training from: Supreme Court of Georgia, Tbilisi Court of Appeals, Tbilisi City Court and Mtskheta District Court.  

The training was envisaged by the 2017 In-Service Training Program of Judges and Court Staff.
