Stady Visit to Germany of the Students of the 12th Group of Justice

In the period between September 6 and September 12, the members of the group 12 of the candidates to judges will pay a visit to Hamburg, the Federal Republic of Germany in the frames of cooperation between the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the High School of Justice.

The aim of the visit is to introduce the candidates to judges to the legal system of Hamburg.

During the week-long training visit the candidates to judges will hold meetings at the Supreme Court of Hamburg, and will also visit the courts of the first instance.

Candidates to judges have meetings planned at the prosecutor’s and at the attorney’s offices, they will also visit the pre-detention facilities.

Candidates to judges will attend criminal, civil and administrative case hearings and will have an opportunity to hold professional discussions with the case judges.

The workshop of the candidates to judges to Hamburg is organized in the frames of their 5-month long theoretical training course at the High School of Justice.
