Memorandum of Cooperation

On December 15, 10:30 Memorandum of Cooperation will be signed at the House of Justice between the High School of Justice and the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia – “SAKPATENTI”.

In the frames of the Memorandum the Parties will:

  • Implement joint training activities (lectures, sessions, trainings, workshops) on various relevant topics in the field of intellectual law;
  • Jointly plan and hold conferences and other similar events;
  • Perform various activities jointly and with the involvement of others on the previously agreed topics/subjects aiming at the development of the intellectual property law;
  • Elaborate training programs for the professionals of law in the specific fields of the intellectual property law and ensure the development and promotion of the named programs.

Director of the High School of Justice, Lasha Maghradze and the Chairman of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia – “SAKPATENTI”, Nikoloz Gogiladze will sign the Memorandum of Cooperation.

Within the frames of the named Memorandum, already starting from December 15, an event will take place for the judges on the relevant topics of the intellectual law. The parties to the memorandum plan to continue similar activities in the future.
