The High School of Justice is a Legal Entity of Public Law which was established under the Law of Georgia on the High School of Justice. The Law defines the status of the School, its aims and tasks, rules of formation of the School’s governing bodies and relevant liabilities, main rules of admission of Justice Listeners to the School and their status, major issues related to study process of Justice Listeners as well as rules regulating development and implementation of in-service training programs of the High School of Justice.
The Law of Georgia on the High School of Justice
The Statute of the High School of Justice is approved by the decision N1/1 of the Independent Board of the High School of Justice dated 18 April, 2008. The Statute defines in more details the issues related to management and representation of the School, conditions and rules of the admission process of Justice Listeners, the structure of the School and functions of Structural Units, rules of procedure of the Council of Teachers of the School, rules regulating the study process and other issues related to the operation of the School.

Regulations of the Independent Board of the High School of Justice is approved by the decision N1/10 of the Independent Board dated 16 December, 2013. The Regulations define the rules to prepare, convene and conduct the Board meetings.
