Initial Trainings of Justice Listeners

15. What happens if the Justice Listener could not pass successfully test exam of the theoretical course?

If the listener collects less than 60 points, he/she will be expelled from the School unconditionally. If the listener collects no less than 60 and no more than 74 points, he/she does not have the right to submit a claim. In such case, as well as in the case if he/she collects from 75 to 79 points but a complaint is not satisfied or is not submitted, the examination comission raises before the Independent Board the issue of one-time admittance of the listener to the additional theoretical examination. Independent Board then makes one of the following decisions:

a) On expulsion of the listener from the School;

b) On one-time admittance of the listener to the additional theoretical examination.

If the listener is admitted to the additional theoretical examination and fails to pass the theoretical exam, Independent Board is authorized to consider, based on the listener’s request and as an exception, the issue of him/her taking the full training course once, with the next group. The independent board is authorized to make a decision on the admission of the listener to take the full training course once, with the next group in case if the following conditions exists:

  1. The listener collects no less than 75 points at the first and/or additional theoretical exam;
  2. Inexcusable absence of listener at the theoretical course does not exceed 2 hours.
  3. No disciplinary responsibility is imposed on the Justice Listener during the theoretical course and the he/she is described positively by the School Directorate in terms of discipline.
