On June 26-27, the training on Establishment of Legal Facts is being organized by the High School of Justice for assistants to judges in Batumi Regional Educational Center.
The training is being conducted by judge of Supreme Court of Georgia – Paata Qatamadze and judge of Tbilisi City Court – Diana Berekashvili.
Within the framework of the training the participants are discussing the following issues: Subject-matter Jurisdiction, types of claim, assignment of claim, counterclaim, court notification and summoning, default judgment and court judgement.
15 assistants to judges are taking part in the training from Tbilisi, Rustavi and Batumi City Courts and Khelvachauri and Senaki regional Courts.
The training is envisaged by the Training Program 2015 for Sitting Judges and othet Court Staff.
