Study Visit of the Judicial Candidates’ 12th Group to Hamburg

This year, from 6th to 12th September, under the framework of cooperation between German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the High School of Justice, study visit of the members of the Judicial Candidates 12th group is being organized to Hamburg, the Federal Republic of Germany.

The purpose of the visit is introducing judicial system of Hamburg to Judicial Candidates.

Within the framework of the visit, Judicial Candidates will held meetings in the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg and visit the first instant courts as well. Visits of Judicial Candidates is also scheduled in prosecution and the Bar, they will also visit pretrial detention centers.

Judicial Candidates will attend criminal, civil and administrative case hearings and will have an opportunity to discuss with judges hearing the cases.

Study visit of the Judicial Candidates to Hamburg is being organized under the 5-months-long theoretical training of the High School of Justice.
