On September 11-12, the training on Establishment of Legal Facts is being organized for assistants to judges at the High School of Justice
The training is being conducted by judge of Supreme Court of Georgia – Paata Qatamadze and judge of Tbilisi City Court – Diana Berekashvili.
Within the framework of the training the participants are discussing the following issues: Problems of Subject-matter Jurisdiction in Civil Proceedings; Types of Claim and Admissibility of Claim; the Measures to Secure a Claim; Counterclaim, Court notification and Summoning; Default Judgment; Court Judgement; Declaring a Decision Void and Summary Proceedings.
15 assistants to judges are taking part in the training from Batumi, Kutaisi and Poti City Courts and Zugdidi, Zestaponi, Senaki, Ozurgeti, Samtredia, Sachkhere, Ambrolauri and Akhalkalaki Regional Courts.
The training is envisaged by the Training Program 2015 for Sitting Judges and other Court Staff.
