On October 6 and 7, training on Competition Law was conducted for judges with support of the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) at the High School of Justice.
Judge/Head of Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, Jurgen Kuhnen was invited as an expert to the training.
Under the framework of the training the following issues were discussed by the participants: determination of the market, abuse of dominant position, cartels and standards of proof.
13 judges participated in the training from Tbilisi Court of Appeals and Tbilisi City Court.
The training was envisaged by the Training Program 2015 for Sitting Judges and othet Court Staff.
