On October 20-21, working meeting on the issues related to tax law was organized for judges at the High School of Justice. The discussions was led by expert in tax law, tax law doctor/professor Mr. Zviad Rogava. Participants discussed issued identified by them as well as tax offences and tax liability, legal aspects of tax control, tax enforcement measures.
16 judges participated in the working meeting from Tbilisi Court of Appeals, Tbilisi, Rustavi and Rustavi City Courts, Telavi, Bolnisi and Akhalkalaki Regional Courts.
The activity, which is envisaged by 2015 Training Program for Sitting Judges and other Court Staff will be repeated this year.
