On October 20, Director of the High School of Justice Lasha Maghradze and Head of the Independent Board of the High School of Justice/Chairperson of the Tbilisi city Court Mamuka Akhvlediani hosted the delegation of Bremen City Court. The delegation included President and Vice President of Bremen First Instance Court. During the meeting, parties discussed issues related to the standardization of internship process of Judicial Candidates at court. The issue of joint training within the HSOJ was also discussed.
Representatives of the delegation visited the moot courtroom existing at the HSoJ, the School library and training rooms.
Within the framework of this visit, on October 21, working meeting will be organized regarding the development of the curriculum on “Introduction to Important Legal Issues” for journalists. The meeting aims at sharing experiences and information between the participants.
It is noteworthy that in May, with support of the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ), study visit of the High School of Justice and mentor judges was organized to Germany, at Federal Court of First Instance of Bremen.
