The representatives of the High School of Justice of Georgia: Mr Giorgi Mirotadze, Judge at Tbilisi Court of Appeals/Member of Independent Board of the High School of Justice (head of the delegation); Mr Davit Jaiani, Head of Administrative Department of the School, Ms Nino Giglemiani, Chief Consultant at Training Programme Management Unit of the School and Ms Aniko Parjiani, Chief Consultant at the Analytical and International Relations Unit of the School had visited France on December 04-08 2017 in the framework of the EU funded Twinning Project – “Strengthening Judicial Training Through Twinning”.

The goal of the study visit was to share the French experience in developing and implementing initial training programme for justice listeners, as well as to get acquainted with the activities of the French Commercial Court and affiliated judges.  

In the framework of the study visit meetings were organized in the offices of the French National School for Judiciary located in Bordeaux and Paris, as well as at French National School for Court Staff and Commercial Court situated in Dijon.

The project is funded by the EU with 800 000 EUR and will run for 18 months.
