In-service Trainings for Acting Court Staff


With the view of professional development of acting court staff, the High School of Justice provides in-service trainings for them each year.  The In-service Training Program of Court Staff for each coming year is developed in the months of October-November of the current year.

Training topics change on an annual basis and are based on the in-depth analysis of the study of the needs of acting court staff.

In the framework of the In-service Training Program of Court Staff, teaching activities are conducted by using training, workshop, working meeting and other approved formats.

Training activities concern various important questions of law as well as topics such as court administration, case management, efficient citizen service standards, legal writing, etc.

In-service Training Program of Court Staff on legal issues are conducted by sitting judges, and on non-legal issues - by invited professionals from the relevant field.

On the basis of legislative changes, the High School of Justice regularly modifies/updates the In-service Training Program of Court Staff throughout the year.
