Commercial Law Development Program


In 2014, the High School of Justice deepened its cooperation with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the United States Department of Commerce. The cooperation includes the area of in-service trainings for sitting judges and organizational development of the High School of Justice.

The High School of Justice, in cooperation with CLDP and with the participation of US experts, conducted trainings for sitting judges on the following topics: Hearing Cases of Cybercrime and Issues related to Intellectual Property Rights.

In order to share the experience of USA, with the support of CLDP, the delegation of the High School of Justice - composed of its management and members of School’s Independent Council, participated in a study visit to the United States of America, where the delegation held working meetings at Federal and other judicial training centers of the USA.
