Workshop on Topical Matters in Labour Law

On 14-15 July, in “Radisson Blu Batumi” (Batumi), by the initiative of the International Labour Organization (ILO) a joint workshop on topical matters in labour law was held for judges and lawyers.
During the event the parties represented thematic speeches on and discussed a number of important issues such as: Prohibition of Labour Discrimination; Legal Consequences of Illegal Dismissal; Practical Challenges of Labour Mediation; Occupational Injury; Law of Georgia “on Labour Safety”: its Practical Application and International Perspective.
