Chairperson of the Independent Board

On July 9, 2016 Chairman of Tbilisi Court of Appeals – Valeri Tsertsvadze was elected as a Chairperson of the Independent Board of the High School of Justice for 3 years term at the XVIII Special Conference of Georgian Judges.

 

5 members of the Independent Board, one of which is a non-judge member of the High Council of Justice of Georgia, are approved by the High Council of Justice of Georgia for the term of 3 years, upon the nomination by the Chairperson of the Independent Board.

 

The Independent Board of the High School of Justice determines the policy directions of the School and supervises its activities.
