The Cooperation of the High School of Justice with German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) includes in-service trainings for sitting judges as well as preparation of judicial candidates. The High School of Justice, in cooperation with GIZ, has developed a training curriculum on the Relation Method. Almost all judges in the field of civil law were given the opportunity to undergo in-service training on the aforementioned subject.

In addition, the High School of Justice, in cooperation with GIZ and with the participation of German experts and School’s trainer–judges, conducted in-service trainings on the following topics: Intellectual Property Law, Electoral Legislation, Labour Law, Competition Law, etc.

Under 10-month Initial Training Program for Judicial Candidates, with the support of GIZ, groups of Judicial Candidates participate in a working visit to Hamburg, Germany. Within the framework of the visit, Judicial Candidates are thoroughly introduced to the principles of German legal proceedings. Furthermore, under the Initial Training Program for Judicial Candidates, based on the cooperation between the High School of Justice and GIZ, a number of additional trainings were conducted with the participation of German experts on the following topics: Relation Method, Legal Writing, Reasoning of Judgement, and Interpretation of Legal Norms.
